We ordered a standard queen room, the hotel room was nice, the facilities were complete, there was a sofa, mini fridge, safe, wardrobe plus hangers, the room was nice and ready when we checked in. Well, the downside is this, we booked a hotel near the airport with the intention of not rushing when checking in for the plane because it was close to the airport plus this hotel provided a shuttle to pick up and drop off to the airport. When we checked in, the receptionist asked for the flight schedule and asked us what time we wanted to take the shuttle to the airport. The plane was at 7:30, the receptionist asked if we wanted the 7 o'clock shuttle because many hotel guests usually choose to make last call but we still chose the 6 am shuttle and were asked to be ready in the lobby 15 minutes before the shuttle departure time, which was 5:45. Well, we were already in the lobby at that time, we had already checked out. Then we asked the receptionist, is that the shuttle in front, the 6 o'clock shuttle, right? She said no because the 6 o'clock shuttle schedule was the next one. So, we didn't take that shuttle. Well, it was already 6 o'clock, the shuttle hadn't arrived, until we asked the receptionist again, two or three times back and forth asking the receptionist what time the shuttle would arrive. By the way, the receptionist at check-in and check-out was a different person. Well, finally the shuttle arrived at 6:24 and arrived at the airport at 6:27. From the hotel to the airport it was only 3 minutes, why were we made to wait for more than 30 minutes? If for example they can't provide airport shuttle service, say so!!! Don't promise something like this. If we knew it would be late, we could have ordered Grab/GoCar earlier. We waited for more than half an hour, our precious time was wasted. The plan was to have breakfast at the airport, check-in was relaxed. eh, instead we were in a rush, rushing to check-in to put our suitcases in the luggage compartment, rushing to order food for takeaway until boarding time, and our plan to buy souvenirs at the airport failed because we didn't have time. improve service, value consumer time!
