Choose a room with pool access. It's far from the pool. It's only on the same floor as the pool. The room is not very clean and the atmosphere is not comfortable.

The staff are friendly, the downside is that the family suite door can't be closed, there's a problem with the door, there are only 3 dining chairs in the photo, there are 4?? Overall it's ok

The location on Google Maps is wrong, confusing if you order GoFood and the like. The room has minimal electrical outlets, there are only 2 in the room and the position is very far from the bed

The room is very ordinary, you could say it doesn't match the displayed photos... the curtains are held together with safety pins, there are very few electrical outlets, so don't expect too much...

The AC is not working properly (not cold). There are no TV channels that can be used (must use my own if I want to watch). The cleanliness of the room is also lacking. The condition of the hotel is not well maintained. The location is also not strategic. Overall very disappointing, just one stay here.

From the hotel lobby it is very dirty, the floor is wet with water and dirty because the yard is sandy. In the bathroom, the water is also stagnant, staying here because I was forced to have an event at the indoor stadium which is close by. Please increase the number of cleaning staff, and fix the yard roads so they are not sandy.

Pro: check in was fine, the receptionist and the security were friendly, good for short term stay. Cons: the cleanliness of the bed can be improved, the bathroom 's door was broken, building looks not well maintained and mostly empty.

The location of the apartment is ok, the unit is ok, but it's not very clean because the ceiling has a lot of gonggo nests. The bedroom is clean, the bathroom is OK, there is a water heater. The apartment facilities are OK. The check-in process is fast and easy. Wifi is available.
