Lovely rooms and lovely staff very easy to get on the 3 tram

This property was clean, the staff were professional and helpful.

The room was clean, water pressure and temperature were good. Location is excellent.

We got there late, we only found 1 restaurant open nearby, we just spend the night and left early the next morning.

Clean, staff really friendly, lots of dining options nearby, car park across the road and free in the evenings until 9am.

Great value for money, comfortable and a good nights sleep.

Stayed at this hotel for its location. Right beside the tramway and also easy to walk to the centre from Place Viarme. For a short stay, it is good value for money. Unfortunately, the previous occupant(s) must have smoked in the room (not the hotel's fault as it is strictly a non-smoking hotel but they ought to do a better job of removing the smell).

Very good position and the room at fifth floor has a pleasant sight on the Square and receives a great sunlight. The bed is very comfortable.

Très mauvais des jour du au bruit

Hôtel économique très bien placé tout à fait propre, et chambre en excellent état (mobilier, salle d'eau, revêtements ) .Lit très large et confortable . Réservation très facile et annulation possible jusqu'au jour de l'arrivée . Peu de personnel rencontré mais très sympathique . Animaux admis ce qui est rare et peut être très utile . Une adresse que nous retenons pour séjourner à Nantes
