They were very helpful in accommodation pre arranged very late access to hotel and room after hours. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very clean.

This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

An exceptional breakfast.

Very professional staff! Great breakfast and, best of all, the sauna and spa. In the middle of central Lappeenranta, close to all shops and places to see. So, we had a great stay!

Siisti huone

Aamiaiselta puuttui nakit ja pekonit, muuten löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen.

Huone tosi puhdas. Ainoa ongelma kylppärin lasiseinä. Toinen nukkuja herää kun toinen käy yöllä veskissä. Lasipinnan voisi maalata umpeen!

Siisti avara huone

Huone oli siisti. Ystävällinen vastaanotto.

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja sisälsi hieman myös erikoisuuksia.

Aamiainen maukas, kylpylä ihanan rentouttava ja rauhoittava. Henkilökunta ensiluokkaista.

Kylpylä ei kuulu hintaan, aamiainen on ahdas, vaikea ottaa ruokia tarjottimelle. Huone oli kylmä, lattia kulunut sekä suihkun paine surkea. Huone muuten kohtalaisen viihtyisä, aamiainen ihan syötävää.
