The Liberty Hotel had a nice breakfast bar and was in a great location There are NO freebies my friends, don't touch the water aso. Some guest service personnel are friendly and an asset to the service industry, others are defensive and almost rude. That being said they likely had to deal with loads of grumpy customers who come through in great numbers because this is a cruise port town. Yes my friends it gets extremely busy for just a couple of days almost every week.

Nice location, handy parking with EV charging available. Comfortable and roomy room, didn't;t like the split bed (2 singles making up a double) but a gap in between. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Great views from the decks, great saunas that are free of charge including the robes. Rooftop bar was nice and made a good cocktail.

Great location on the port. Very clean and good service.

Always an enjoyable stay. Perfect location. Staff is friendly. Breakfast Buffet is wonderful - recommend it. The New York bar staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back on our next trip to Bremerhaven.

12 night stay, room cleaned once, 3 night stay, no cleaning. Staff on reception do not speak very good English and communication is difficult

Great location and I like shower very much cause the water pressure is great.

We stayed here to be close to our Costa Cruise ship embarkation point. The staff were the best part of our stay though the property was very nice and clean and we loved our room. They don't serve lunch but the breakfast and dinner were excellent. I would stay here again for sure.

I booked this hotel specifically for the Air Conditioner. It was around 65 F outside and at least 75 inside the room. We left for a few hours hoping the AC would cool the room but there was no improvement. When I complained I was told "Germany doesn't have AC like Americans expect. The law says we can only cool the room to 5 (or 10?) degrees C above the outside temperature. I have heard this many times. It made me feel like they were actually heating the hotel. We were on the street and did not want to leave the window open due to the noise, so she gave us a room on the 1st floor facing the water. Unfortunately due to security and the shared balcony with the whole floor we could not leave the door/window open at night.

The superior room was very comfortable for 3 people. We faced the river and had a wonderful view. The water pressure in the shower was spectacular! The breakfast was very good also. I would stay here again.

Well, for business you can forget it. Internet does not work, throws you outevery 5 min. Breakfast is a kinder garding arrangement. Dinner impossible unless you arrange one day before. Garage only for small cars lije Mini. If you have Mercedes you cannot open doors. Staff looks like los. If you keep offering hotels like that for high proce this is a last time I used your service.

Great location and very convenient private car parking underneath. I booked a suite which was a very nice room, large with a good size desk to work at, large bathroom and access to the large balcony/terrace that wraps around the top floor of the building - the other suites also have access to this area. The bar is very cosy and the barmaid was very friendly and made an excellent Old Fashioned for me! I had a good dinner in the restaurant too and the hotel is located in a great position overlooking the port and sea with easy access to the town centre. I will most definitely be staying here again on any future trips to Bremerhaven.

Hotel reception staff is very good. They provide excellent customer service and are very friendly. Same for the bar staff on 5th floor. There was mould on the bread during breakfast. The staff replaced it but the hotel should not be serving these things. The drain was not working in the shower so it was always flooding. Air conditioner did not work.

Lovely hotel close to all the attractions in Bremerhaven
