Very nice small hotel. No lift but my. Bag was carried upstairs quiet. Off road parking and a garden.

All good staff helpful and friendly. Room clean,very hot ground floor room looking onto drive way windows easily able to get into if left open. Beautiful back garden with plenty of table and chairs. Bed Mattress thin but had worse. All in all very happy with stay for 2 nights.

Excellent location for hospitals. Good single room with nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast and helpful and kind staff.

The room was very good, clean just what I needed, a bed and bathroom. The TV was old with poor sound quality.

The room was clean. There was only one very thin pillow. Nice towels and sheets. Very thin walls. Very poor selection at breakfast including a very old jar of nutella. The guest house had a lingering smell of fried breakfast. The staff were friendly.

This was just such a lovely place to stay. Great location and cozy place. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was really good.

I booked this place for my father to come and visit for a night while I finish my university studies. The reviews online seemed decent, but in reality, it was far from decent. The main issue was the cleanliness which was pretty much non existent in the room. Grime throughout the ensuite bathroom, surfaces caked in dust, and very aged equipment. To highlight how aged and poor condition, the television on the wall started to fall off the wall. My father attempted to report it to the front desk, but was assured it was normal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Guest house. Was clean. And adequate. Very handy for getting into oxford as on bus route. Breakfast was good an service an friendly. Served with a smile.
