Staff were very helpful, we can’t complain and breakfast was good but no restaurant for more choices! Overall it was a good stay and we got a discount via no fee of extra bed! Thanks to the young fellows working there!

Beds were great, food at the restaurant was not, breakfast came cold and took a very long time. Loved it was walking distance to the pier.

Room very dirty upon arrival.

Poor hotel not really suitable for foreigner guests. No housekeeping and unfriendly mainly teenage staff. Rooms are modern but badly designed.

No dining options

Not booking this hotel again. Not a good place to stay and relax! Noisy, windows aren’t closing and your information aren’t safe either! Staff are nosy. Be careful!

Excellent service with staff, close distance within malls

It was a great experience specially booking for the place the first time on a last minute. Staff was very friendly, place was clean, comfortable and modern.

Unorganized, dirty bugs are crawling everywhere in sink, wall, bed sheets. TV not working, Chinese word is everywhere. I’m not Chinese I can’t understand Chinese. Elevator dirty and annoying music. Too many little bugs everywhere. I would not recommend.
