Good quality hotel, no complaints- represented good value for money

Weird room. Not very hot water and you can hear everything from the toilet and viceversa

Very business friendly, close to everything

The rooms were clean and well layed out. The bed had taken some getting adjusting too (bit hard). There was construction noise close to the hotel and you could hear it. The AC was a bit weird to use at first, but it cooled up the room. Friendly staff, eager to help.

Good location near park. Well maintained building

The place was very beautiful and everything looked great overall. The only issue was that the sheets on both beds looked dirty, as if they hadn’t been changed. Other than that, everything was very nice.

I enjoyed my stay. I like the small kitchen because I was able to buy groceries and eat late night snacks. The place is beautiful and comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and going outside to buy fresh squeezed OJ or cafe de la olla with a churro. The area was nice too.

Clean basic room (without windows - probably room type I picked to save cost) but modern and nice bathroom layout and very nice shower. Very clean, and all amenities you need. Bed was a little hard but slept well regardless. For the value its a very good choice.

Beautiful clean property in convenient location. The staff was also exceptional, front desk and cleaning personnel.

The hotel was great in every way, except I should’ve upgraded to a window balcony from day one if you don’t mind not having your window in the room is great next time I would stay there but only with the window or the penthouse suite

Room was beautifully desigmed and generally it was well maintained. The area is really close to the park and museums, many walkable. We had a hard time sleeping though as the insulation between rooms is light so we heard tv and loud conversations from the room next door. If they could fix these acoustic issues i'd stay there again.

Stay was great, staff was a tentative and had a great area close to everything you may need. Only issue is that the restroom is devided by a curtain which is ok if its just you and significant other not so much in a group.

Good value and nice rooms for the price. There is a LOT of traffic noise - and I was in a high up room! It made it hard to sleep. They could also offered some more English tv channels and minor details but the noise was the main draw
