Great area, but the street can be lonely at night, so if traveling alone, I can see that being a concern.

The people that work there are amazing the property is very central , the only thing the room look a lot bigger on the website only complain

Staff members at night way super rude, we had to wait outside for about 30 minutes in the middle of the night (2 am) for someone to open the door because it was stocked while the staff lady was yelling at us that we had broken the door. The place is way too loud not only from the outside noice but also the noice form the lobby, if your room is on the first floor then you don’t have curtains to cover the doors windows from the lobby to inside the room

Everything was good! The location is great, the room is large and comfortable, and the staff is nice and friendly. The coffe is very good, and it is great to have tea and drinks available all the time.

Staff was helpful in every question we had, whether it was about the hotel or the surrounding areas. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of room to sit and eat for everyone. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Zocalo area.
