I was checked in a room than AC was not working, they moved me to another after 5 people from the staff tried to fix it. Next room Ac would work for a while then stop cooling, luckily the weather outside was good so i could open the windows, then the street dogs would not let me sleep, their barking was loud and through the night

Hotel did not recieve any pre-confirmation of looking and had to rely on expedia email to me for checking in. Caused confusion and took time ot check-in.
