Overall stay was good. Would have liked the stay better had the hotel provided cushioned seats in the room. Current one give the feel of benches.

Took almost two hour to get the room ready to check-in and get our bags (the staff didn’t even know where our bags were and asked if we had them). The next day room service didn’t clean the room until 5 pm the next day. But the best thing about it was being stared down by staff at check out when they forced me to rate them and then being told anything that wasn’t a 9 isn’t great…

I loved this hotel. It was so friendly, the food was amazing, my room Was immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff were just amazing - so friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient to stay in.

Room was excellent and spacious but food and beverages section was below average. Check in procedure was bit slow also no keys for 3 hrs due to some card reader issue, instead of pre authorisation charges they taken extra amount at arrival directly charged on card. Food was pathetic, no taste and too much costly.

Great location to see the sights on columbo, restaurant food was of good standard. We booked a city tuck tuck tour prior to our trip and we were picked up in the lobby and had a great day.

If you are staying in Colombo, hotels location is good. The staff were wonderful.
