Breakfast booked was inaccesible - 1,1km away from the premises. Obviously this shouldnt be offered for prepayment.

Slightly strange alleyway entrance with some homeless people maybe not ideal when you need to work out a code to get in. My room seemed to have a rave or nightclub downstairs, when you see ear plugs on the table you know you’re in trouble. Positives - very clean and great communication.

Great apartment and fantastic location .. within 10 mins walk to 2 tube stations, overground station and bus stops.

Absolutely brilliant, cannot fault these apartments at all. So clean, so well thought out, and eco-friendly - they literally tick all the boxes! Highly recommend and we will use again for sure.

Good value for the price. Close to metro stations, London Bridge, Tower of London. Great shower. Definitely would come back again when in London.

We were impressed by the care taken to create an experience that was just perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was effortless. But it’s the little thing, like providing a phone charger and converter or a tote bag for groceries or even video games. We were charmed. Thanks Bob.W!

It’s in a bit of a weird place and my room directly overlooked the overground train, rooms were compact and bijou though with everything you need, and some quirky extras. A number of homeless people hanging around the lane where you access the apartments.

Pleasantly surprised. I slept brilliantly, the rooms were cute and comfortable, they were spotlessly clean and had great amenities. Highly recommend. Just rebooked again for tomorrow.

Rooms are a little smaller than other apartments in the price range. But they are clean and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in! Not a big fan of the virtual reception, but it was all smooth. Would stay again.

Very clean, we love it.

Great location to use as a vase whilst working in the city. The area around the hotel is great for evening trips out for food and drink. Communication with BobW is great but the entrance was a little confusing (there are 3) the room was small but well laid out. No real seating area unless you're working on a laptop. Great value.

Apartment was lovely but the outside noise was absolutely shocking. The bed vibrated from the noise of the trains. Hotels answer was a pair of ear plugs provided. Shocking
