Excellent property for a 2 night stay, everything you would need in an apartment, clean and really comfy bed

Small but cozy and lots of amenities!

Good value for the price. Close to metro stations, London Bridge, Tower of London. Great shower. Definitely would come back again when in London.

We were impressed by the care taken to create an experience that was just perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was effortless. But it’s the little thing, like providing a phone charger and converter or a tote bag for groceries or even video games. We were charmed. Thanks Bob.W!

It’s in a bit of a weird place and my room directly overlooked the overground train, rooms were compact and bijou though with everything you need, and some quirky extras. A number of homeless people hanging around the lane where you access the apartments.

Pleasantly surprised. I slept brilliantly, the rooms were cute and comfortable, they were spotlessly clean and had great amenities. Highly recommend. Just rebooked again for tomorrow.

Rooms are a little smaller than other apartments in the price range. But they are clean and the bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in! Not a big fan of the virtual reception, but it was all smooth. Would stay again.

Very clean, we love it.

Great location to use as a vase whilst working in the city. The area around the hotel is great for evening trips out for food and drink. Communication with BobW is great but the entrance was a little confusing (there are 3) the room was small but well laid out. No real seating area unless you're working on a laptop. Great value.

Apartment was lovely but the outside noise was absolutely shocking. The bed vibrated from the noise of the trains. Hotels answer was a pair of ear plugs provided. Shocking

The room was smaller than expected

It takes a minute to get with the Bob W. vibe but a maximally homey experience, in the heart of whatever city you are in, awaits. There is a moment in every trip to a strange city where only Bob W. will do.

The studio was perfectly clean and well equiped. The location is a bit far from the center but otherthan that it was excellent! They even left a hand-wrote welcoming card with a snack. And the staffs were incredibly kind. I left my appel watch at the roon when I checked out, and they kept it for my return. I appreciate everything.

Nice apartments conveniently located in the city. The apartment was comfortable with a very practical kitchenette and floor heating in the bathroom. The communication via WhatsApp was great despite the place not having a reception. I asked for additional pillows which was no issue and used the (payed) late check-out. Also, the washing machine and dryer downstairs are a great addition. The room needs some repainting inside and the surrounding is a bit noisy with a pub next doors and the train tracks right around the corner, but most London locations have that issue and it did not bother too much. The little alley in which the entrance is was occasionally used by drug users, so it did not feel super safe to get home at night when they were around. Other than that, would book again.

Convenient, quiet, clean and easy to use. Slightly too noisy due to trains.

I daresay that this is better than a typical hotel experience - it would be a perfect spot for those who'd like to have a small kitchenette area as well as access to laundry.

Doesn’t get much more perfect than this for me. Groceries about 6 min away. Buses, trains about 15 min max walk. Easy to walk to Tower Bridge and Borough/London Bridge. Excellent correspondence.. Peaceful building. Great heating. All the details are there of a true house guest. You will need to be diligent as the place is well run by details and will benefit you as well. Can’t remember the last time I had a working tele to enjoy. Will return.

Lovely place to stay. All amenities in such a cute and thoughtful apt. Clean, very clean. Staff helpful. Walkable to lots of attractions and within walking distance to public transit. Will definitely check other BOB W properties across Europe on my next adventure.
