Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. Great location, great responsiveness. We were in London for a conference and extended our stay to enjoy the city. This could not have been a better choice!

Difficult online check in, too complicated, uncomfortable bed and you are sleeping about 50M from a train line, nice coffee provided, but really this is not a great option, you cn do better...

Not recommend. For two days I had not working heating. The bathroom was smelling bad. The room was rather loud due to proximity of train. There is no lobby, all communication is done via Whatsapp. Not recommend.

Spotless, comfortable and nice amenities

Room was great, had what I needed for my long stay. Only wish they had more washers and dryers but I made due. I would recommend staying here especially for solo travellers

Slightly strange alleyway entrance with some homeless people maybe not ideal when you need to work out a code to get in. My room seemed to have a rave or nightclub downstairs, when you see ear plugs on the table you know you’re in trouble. Positives - very clean and great communication.

Great apartment and fantastic location .. within 10 mins walk to 2 tube stations, overground station and bus stops.

Excellent range and quality of facilities in the room. Everywhere was clean and stylish
