A fabulous experience from start to finish, absolutely made by the wonderful, attentive, friendly staff. The roof terrace was a joy, and the quality of the food and drink was exceptional. Very much a five star experience and Granada is a fascinating city to visit.

The staff is very attentive roght from the point of entry, check in as well as the entire stay. The location is central and walkable to everything you want to see and do.

Everything was wonderful - the entry for parking is crazy but welcome to Granada! The Valet were great, highly recommend using.

We booked hotel on 24hrs notice due to poor weather in Algarve, Portugal. All of the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Alexis from front desk called us and explained driving directions which avoided issues if we had used GPS along with a Granada Pass (access to Alhambra +much more), for alot less than online. Bellman were great and concierge gave super restaurant recommendations.

Excellent position near the cathedral, with very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaints would be that the bedroom was pretty stuffy at night, and there was no towel rail in the bathroom. Otherwise, loved it!

A beautiful boutique hotel. Redone a couple of years ago to modern standards in an original 1905 bank building. Beautiful decor, spotless, and modern rooms, and very friendly and attentive staff. A true top-tier boutique-hotel experience. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff. Very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I did not have the breakfast. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good and the service also was very good. Overall I definitely would go back again.

Everything about our stay at Palacio Gran Via was beyond our expectations. We have traveled extensively and this was the best overall experience EVER in a hotel. The entire staff was accommodating and welcoming answering any question or request. They made us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant on the same day. The room was perfect, very roomy, comfy beds with soft sheets and turndown service with slippers and treats. The hotel itself is an old bank that was remodeled and not one thought was missed. The amenities are all well thought out. And the bonus is the rooftop restaurant and bar…view of Alhambra, wonderful seating and staff to attend to you. We even were able to go there on an evening when the bells of Granada all chimed and had an evening nightcap. Hope we will return to Granada just to stay at this hotel
