CHARGED TWICE We were charged twice, we booked through booking app and they said it was already paid but the day we left a worker came and told us we hadn’t paid so she made us pay twice AND on top of that she Said we were Crazy and stupid AND also put on booking that we hadn’t been there, good I have an recording obsession so we could send booking proof we were there (I had recorded the room) but still we were Charged TWICE

Wow - amazing We arrived late in the evening, not during the peak season, and as we exited the highway, we momentarily thought we might be lost. However, upon entering, we discovered an incredible hotel. The design is impressive, and the rooms are simply beautiful. The receptionist was courteous. We settled into the restaurant, and despite the late hour, they served us an excellent dinner. The other guests in the restaurant were very friendly, which seems to be typical for this place. Definitely worth a visit.

A nice retreat, ideal for a weekend getaway. The furnishings are, for the most part, modern and the staff are very nice. The yard also has a dedicated playground for infants and free wifi for everyone else. The rooms have all the necessities, as well as and individual bathrooms with showers. Rated 4 stars because the bathroom for the main lounge had no towels or toilet paper, one of the sockets in the main lounge had fallen out of the wall and was now hanging by its wires and my room had no shelves in the wardrobe.

Just back from a wonderful 10 days stay in Vila Benga. The tranquility of the place is astounding and the owners, Claudia and Ionut, made the whole experience easy and hassle free. We all came refreshed after this break. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, the common areas of the kitchen and living rooms are very well maintained and managed, plenty of space for BBQs and leisurely dining. The garden is amazing with all it's comfortable hammocks, swings and hanging chairs from which one can take in the breathtaking views. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and can't wait to go back myself.

I wanted to stay at this location with my kids and I was NOT received just because I have 3 kids. The kids are small and still 2 adults and 3 kids apparently it's impossible to stay in a triple room(!). It was truly rude the way the person reacted .....
