Fantastic staff

Air conditioning good

Okay room, nothing special but was clean. Was missing a remote for the tv but reception was straight on it and found me one. Bed was hard as were the solid pillows so didn’t have a particularly comfortable night. Saying that, it’s better than most other Ilford hotels of similar. Free breakfast is a plus although I didn’t hang around for it.

The deposit wasn’t returned I had to call to clarify the situation

Hotel is in great location in the centre of the town, accessible to number of restaurant’s, shops and few minutes walk to ilford station.

Perfect and welcoming staff, beds a little hard but fine for a short stay over, room was very quiet so slept well

The bed quality was very poor I couldn’t sleep the entire night. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room(110), which made the experience very disappointing.

The room only had a kettle and some cups for tea. During our stay here last year there was a small fridge in the room but not this time. There are a few shops around and it is a decent location because it's close to bus stops and the tube station.
