Clean rooms

Very friendly staff and great location, avoid the front rooms as it gets noisy at night.

Very clean and friendly hotel with many options of restaurants close to the hotel. The front rooms are a bit noisy but overall great friendly staff.

NICE ROOM , CLEAN GREAT BATHROOM, 2 bad things , No shower towels were in the Bathroom and the next day even with the MAKE MY ROOM tag , they do not make my room, and that is a very unpleasant thing .

Awesome hotel and a great area

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Although it was a bit noisy with all the traffic, but tolerable. Juan Avila was amazing super friendly and informative. We will definitely book here for our next Mexico City trip.

Clean room and amenities. It was a pretty good experience

Everything was so clean, staff very helpful. The one bad thing it supposed to be soundproof and it wasn’t inside the hotel you can heard everything from our room. I’m glad we were able to stayed there. We definitely we were going back.

Great but They basically hinted at checkout that I had stolen a part from the coffee maker. That’s ridiculous!

I enjoyed the location and very nice facilities. The staff was very attentive to the guests and to the maintenance of the hotel. There are many restaurants, shops and public transport options nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood and could walk around freely. The restaurant and cafe offering could be better but it was very handy to have it in the hotel.

I stayed on a Friday , and without knowing it there was mariachi on the balcony , it was amazing , the service of the waiters was excellent .
