Great Hotel, top class food

Was amazing experience

Pro: Very quiet, friendly staff, great shower, beds, room. Con’s: Friendly staff, but uncoordinated, multiple food servers, slow or forgotten orders but staff really trying. Food, sometimes good, sometimes mediocre, cold, expediting problem?

Good location. Nice hotel. Out of hours staff don’t speak much English but were helpful

Nice hotel with good value

Only stayed for one night, let down by the room and staff. I paid extra for a balcony room (of which there were many overlooking the water) but instead got a ground floor room with french doors leading out to just a chair and a fairly grotty view of nothing in particular. Pointed out to the staff on the desk that this wasn't what i paid for but she didn't appear to care or see the problem. Clearly their definition of balcony is very loose so beware. This didn't even amount to a patio. Room itself was adequate, if a little cramped with a toilet squeezed into a tiny space.

Late night stay, night porter was great, really nice rooms and hotel...

Friendly, welcoming and helpful receptionists. Comfortable beds, spotless room, Nespresso machine, balcony with outdoor furniture, evening meal and bar facility, cosy atmosphere, very good WiFi. Safe, free parking.

It's a brand new hotel, and very nice. Staff were great, though they were still working out their systems, which was fair enough. We also ate at the restaurant, and breakfast was good too. There were plenty of car charging points.

A brand new hotel, nothing else too special. Asked for an upper and quiet room but ended up with a ground floor room with a malfunctioning so noisy air conditioner. The hotel is out of nowhere but you have to pay 6 € for 2 people as a resort fees.
