👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️🤝 Clean, Staff Breakfast Kitchen - very good

Check in was a very good experience, friendly helpful staff, although it was a bit disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at around 3:45. OK, website says 4… Parking situation was another matter, from a staff and systems perspective this needs some changes. It’s a complicated system and they do not provide a concise set of instructions to take with you or make a snapshot of. Our biggest gripe was the unfriendly, hostile nature of the underground parking lot attendant (tall, thin, in his 50’s) at around 07:00. Rapid speech, arrogance, “our system works perfectly”, and loudness got to the point where I nearly stepped out of the car for a more thorough confrontation which he came very close to earning. My German is good so I understand what was being conveyed. Other than that…no issues.

Amazing place with kitchen facilities, air conditioning etc. lovely staff and very comfortable for me and my dogs.

We travel when we can, and experience a wide variety of places. We have only just come across Harry’s. Location was important plus evening arrival and early start the next day. Everything was in place for this, so Harry’s will see us again! Their mid-Europe locations tend mostly to suit if you have an Austrian destination or place where short stay fits well. Villach is a very important place, and has been since I first visited 65 years ago.

The property was pet-friendly. We had a kitchen in our bedroom, but no dining table; instead, we had a coffee table.

Spacious room; very clean hotel with helpful staff. This hotel is only steps from Villach Railway Station making it very convenient for train travel.

Fabulous breakfast - I mean I just LOVE Austrian breakfasts. Wonderfully helpful staff. Solved a few issues immediately. Nice place. Clean. Close to the train station and downtown. Very walkable. Parking is not free (was actually 16 Euro) or you can park in a tow away zone for 7am the next morning.

Why do hotels insist on advertising a 'double' bed, when in reality it's just two singles pushed together? Hotel very well located right outside the railway and bus stations. Check in easy enough. In room kettle very welcome, but no fridge. Nice big bathroom with huge shower.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location: Literally steps from the the train station and a wonderful array of shops and cafes.

Right across from train station and easy walk to everything in town. Lovely staff- exceptional- and the room was comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our brief stay en route from Bled to Salzburg.

Fantastic place to stay. 50 metres from the station/bus stop. Room was beautiful. - absolutely faultless. Reception were fabulous. We were very early arriving and our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in. Reception also gave us some milk for tea and coffee. Thanks a mill good people!
