Room is clean and equipped with the essentials. There’s a lounge in the basement where you can refill hot/cold water which is very convenient. Service is okay, could be more friendly but no complaints though.

The lobby staff speaks fluent English. There's a 500 HKD deposit per room. The location is a bit far, requiring a bus ride. Drinks are available and there's a water refill station. There's a microwave and seating for social gatherings.

The bed size is too small. If you have a lot of big suitcases, it's a bit difficult to open them all.

The hotel's location is very strategic. There are bus stops to the left and right of the hotel for various destinations. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Believe and more is great hotel, the receptionist is really nice and helpful, even the room is small size but really comfort and have amneties completed. The location is good location, closed to the restaurant and bus stop. 9/10 9/10.

New furnished hotel, clean and modern, room not that big but also not cramped. Fits well for two persons stay. Near bus stops so we can easily go to every place in Macao. Senado Square is just 700 m away. Love the service and the receptionist.
