Very expensive but the room is extraordinarily small and shabby. They also overcharged me.

From the time we arrived, the staff have been very helpful. Even though there was a language barrier, they were quick to pull out Google translate for us to communicate. The property is absolutely beautiful, but our room was a bit smaller than we expected but they just do not waste space. The food was great! The condition of the hotel was great. If we needed anything they would bring it to our room. Orfa was the absolute best and she arranged all of our travel during our stay and help to get us to the wedding venues. I would absolute stay at this hotel again and again. It is literally in the middle of everything.

The music was incredible loud. I thought we were in a hotel, instead it sounded like a disco. They crank up the music around 3;00 pm. Was not able to sleep for an afternoon nap. Horrible experience

It was a nice small hotel with all rooms opening towards the yard in the middle of the property similar to a motel. Clean but I would say a bit pricey for what you pay for.

This place is a joke, first is overcharge, second the space is very small, the glass doors in the pictures that looks like you have a balcony please don't think is part of the rooms, that is part of the restaurant they have in the garden, they open the doors, that way we think the room is big, people can see you from outside if you do not closed close the curtains.

What a fantastic place!!!! Perfect location. So close to everything! The staff treated us like we were staying in a five star hotel. Food is delicious! Clean!! We stayed in Room 1 (I think this is the family room). Big room, with a separate sitting area. Hot tub, shower stall and a soaking tub. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff here. Everyone is so kind and accommodating to us. Will definitely be coming back!!

The staff at Casa Realeza are AMAZING! They are very attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. We love it here and will be back soon!

We stayed in the mountain bugalow. It was secluded, peaceful, and simply wonderful. Highly recommend

No ha sido la mejor de las experiencias, habitación amplia, sin ventana y sin aire acondicionado. El desayuno incluido muy limitado, leche para el café con cobro extra por ejemplo. El personal si fue atento todo el tiempo. Las fotografías no reflejan la realidad del hotel.

The property was very nice, comfortable, food was not really good and to noise but overall very nice. .

While we thoroughly enjoyed the destination itself, the room we booked was simply not suitable for the three of us. We specifically requested a double bed room, under the assumption it would provide adequate space for our group. However, the room turned out to be incredibly cramped, making our stay quite uncomfortable. We had to take turns getting ready in the limited space, which was far from ideal. In my opinion, a room of that size is only appropriate for a couple, not three adults. The lack of space severely detracted from our overall experience and comfort level. While the staff was friendly, I believe there is significant room for improvement in ensuring guest rooms match the advertised specifications and can comfortably accommodate the number of occupants.
