Great hotel for a quick overnight. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Would use again

We arrived very soon after the published check-in time but the 1st floor room we were due to use wasn't yet ready, however we were offered an equivalent top (3rd) floor alternative. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The weather during our stay was very warm (c32-34C) and there's no a/c and no fan so the room did become quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Location-wise, the hotel is in on the quiet main street in town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Convenient to city centre, parking. Spotless room, friendly staff. Coped well with patience with our poor French language skills.

Easy walk from the train station. Elevator! Comfortable room and bed. The staff were super-friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists changed my life by telling me how to get an inexpensive yeSim card so I’d have cellular service everywhere. (US travelers: Verizon service stinks in France.) Bonus: Discounts at some of the excellent nearby restaurants. On Saturdays the center of town, including the hotel, is inaccessible by car due to a lively street market.

When we arrived, tired after a long trip, the heating in our room didn’t work and it was bitterly cold outside. The person on the reception desk allocated us another room and brought in an extra plug-in heater so that saved the day. Our room was pleasantly furnished, freshly decorated, had some terribly trite memes framed on the wall and there wasn’t really much space to store belongings for a longer stay. It is beautifully situated in the heart of Bernay though so comes recommended as a budget hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I’d certainly stay here again.

Clean comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Elevator to 3rd floor. Very accommodating staff. However coming back at night is a little disconcerting since everything is dark. People in another room screaming so difficult to sleep. Breakfast was perfect. Location was perfect. Carpet not so clean but otherwise room was very nice.

For what we paid the stay was fine. Location is great, right in the middle of the town with parking and we met a very nice lady who checked us in. The room was adequate, nothing fancy - shower was good but everything was old and in many cases needed a really good clean. The sheets and bed were fine and we had a decent nights sleep after a good meal and a couple of drinks in the town. I didn’t expect much else for the price we paid and we booked last minute and had little choice.

Lovely hotel in the centre of a pretty little town. Room was modestly furnished, but quite big, was clean and had everything we needed plus free onsite parking.

Les prestations de l'hôtel sont en accordance avec le prix de la chambre. Hôtel fonctionnel, dans le centre de Bernay avec des prestations classique. Le lit était trop petit (1.40m de large pour deux). Les chambres sans charme, mais en accord avec le 2 étoiles

Tres bon rapport qualité-prix. Tres bon petit dejeuné, parking, personnel au petits soins.

La dame qui etait à l'accueil etait très agréable, accueillante et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Très propre, très bonne literie. Petit dejeuner copieux avec tout ce qu'il faut.

Idéalement situé en centre ville qui est très charmant avec toutes ses maisons à colombages, parking privé, excellent accueil, personnels très agréables et sympathiques, super petit déjeuner, nous avons été choyés. Chambre super , literie super....Je recommande !

Chauffage très réduit, petit déjeuner pas très copieux .
