Great hotel

Staff were terrific Zzz only issue was that housekeeper forgot to clean our room one day. I found this disappointing as you’d think that there should be a supervisor or ? To sign off, especially at this price point.

This hotel is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. The staff were great, amenities are beautiful and well thought out. The housekeeping staff are incredible - they bring you cookies and water every night! The restaurant downstairs is incredible as well - I highly recommend paying the bit extra for complimentary breakfast. 10/10, our new go to hotel when staying in NYC.

Food was fantastic had the breakfast that was included with the room and it was beyond delicious, fresh, healthy and great assortment, drinks at the bar were also top notch. Favorite part was the vibe- I am obsessed with the decor! Holy smokes, everything was stunningly decorated in luxurious layers of beauty- the furniture, lighting, textiles, wallpaper, tiles, and small touches. Beautiful!

Easy check in, lively hotel, friendly staff.

This is, in no way, a VIP or luxury property. Service is terrible, attitude of the manager and front desk staffers are abysmal. There is no understanding whatsoever of how a luxury hotel in New York City should operate. They serviced my room at 3pm after I requested service at 10am and left left the room for two hours in order for it to be taken care of. I returned to a messy room and had attitudes when I requested that the remedy their error. No one, and I mean no one, that works here should be working in hospitality. Shocking.

Its just ok, no perks like a room upgrade or early check in. You get a food credit but that's just ok to me. The hotel is new and nice with a happy hour that is nice but i would have preferred getting into the room before 3.

I had an exceptional stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous so tastefully done. The bar is beautiful. The restaurant is fantastic. I loved my breakfast there every morning. My room was a good size. Very high ceilings comfortable bed and pillows beautiful bathroom. I never waited for the elevator, like you tend to do in every NY hotel. There is a cookie and glass bottled water every night. The mini bar is great. I will absolutely stay here again it's definitely more LES than Soho but a good location nonetheless. Kiki's, the Greek restaurant across the street is super popular and was cute and yummy.

Such a cute hotel with beautiful furnishings and a warm hip vibe

Lovely and relaxing experience top to bottom, everything about the hotel was executed perfectly. Interior design and attention to detail were phenomenal. Gym was gorgeous and the lounge for hotel guests was very comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely be back!

Love this hotel!! So charming and everyone working there is helpful and friendly. The views are beautiful and I love being in this part of the city.

just okay.. really wanted to love the hotel since it came highly recommended. Sadly it was not worth the price tag. Service was very inconsistent, rooms are small, concierge was average, hotel amenities were very limited. Just didn’t feel luxe… Staff did not honor VIP access members with late checkout or welcome amenities.

Nine Orchard is everything a hotel should be. The staff is outstanding. Very well appointed and charming. Stay here.
