Beautifully renovated historic building. Well appointed spacious room, very comfortable and great food.

Staff help upon arrival and local recommendations for sightseeing. Room delightfully restored (Bass) but at back of hotel overlooking sea via courtyard & portable toilets. Sat on front porch to enjoy sunset and avoid noise. Carpark at back of hotel hard to access. Easier and safer to park on street at front of hotel. Also next to Lift, so easy for baggage handling. No door between bedroom or bathroom if require privacy.

historic building maintained so well, Eden town is so calm and wonderful. motel staffs are friendly. Room rate includes English breakfast is definitely a point plus.

Fantastic hotel,very stylish & clean. Balcony was a great place to take in the Ocean View.Easy parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel .

Food was great! Room was clean and bar well stocked

Querky decorations and furniture. No issue with parking. Felt they missed an opportunity with the restaurant which was distinctly bland although better than the alternatives in Eden. Eden cries out for a better restaurant. Service generally was OK but erratic, especially breakfast where over 3 breakfasts we got coffee in mugs, cups or glasses/ one or two plates/ one, two or no knives/ 4, 2 or no butter/ only vegemite and incorrect cereals! Would recommend the hotel as it is very unusual but be prepared to chase for your breakfast. And apparently they don't stock sparkling water?

A wonderful resort experience on a tiny scale .. beautiful and comfortable rooms, very relaxing

I liked the cleanness, the style and the ambient of the hotel, but there were a few issue worth mentioning: The shower draining was terrible causing water flow on the floor, had no tables inside and no racks for the suitcases, finally the room was quiet small.

The staff were amazing. The room was beautiful and breakfast was a wonderful surprise.

The staff had no idea what they were doing. I stayed for 2 nights and was originally only charged for one. I pointed this out and then paid for the second night, only to be charged for another night after i checked out! I rang them and said it would be sorted out. It wasn't. No one responds to my email or phone communications. I now have to go to Fair Trading. My room didn't get cleaned as they only had one card for the room and rang me to return to let the cleaner

Beautiful hotel and lovely room in a perfect spot The room was lovely but it had an open bathroom which didn’t suit us - if this doesn’t bother you then this is definitely a beautiful place to stay with great service

I love the new feel while keeping the heritage in tact.

This hotel is beautifully decorated and has an attached bar/restaurant. Unfortunately we were only there for a brief stay and didn't get to fully take in the town. We were served a small free breakfast in the morning. The only thing that I found odd was that there was no bathroom door in our room and you can see into the bathroom from the bed, which was uncomfortable.
