The grounds and villas are lovely and it's obvious alot of thought has gone into the design. The restaurant area is a complete contrast to the ambiance of the villas. It is open concept and quite institutional looking and we felt we were eating at a cafeteria. There is noise from the surrounding neighbourhood (sounded like a disco/club), which was disappointing given the amazing views from this property. We ordered room service and had the breakfast. The veggie sandwich and soup were quite good but the burger had an overwhelming taste of whatever grain is used to bind ingrédients. Breakfast was mediocre and cafeteria style.

The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. The staff are all so so happy and friendly and the place is kept immaculate, with cleaning and gardening work. The food was also excellent - flavourful and well prepared. There were locals coming on weekends for family celebrations. The overall vibe is relaxed and happy.
