great management and super clean; feel like home

Hotel was very nice and clean. Left an item behind at the hotel after checkout and they were able to hold it for me and were responsive to my questions.

Love to stay in this place is very peaceful private in the middle of everything easy access great customer service.

We had stayed in this hotel a couple of times in the past but unfortunately, this time our experience was not as expected. we had traveled for 8 hours; we usually stay in San Diego area, but this time we decided to cross to Tijuana and get a hotel there to have a little more time to rest before our dentist appointment. unfortunately, our stay at the Eazy Rio by ULIV became a nightmare when we were awakened in the middle of the night by a bedbug invasion in the bed. After this incident we couldn't sleep anymore because of the bug bites. as I mentioned earlier, we had stayed here in the past but after this incident I don't think that we I'll be back. we talked to the person at the front desk, but he just apologized and I understand that he's just an employee. hopefully, the management do something about this issue because is not fare for us the guests to pay for a place to have a nice rest and having to deal with this situation.

Was limited in towels and front desk told me to leave the old towels hanging on the front glass rail and another person from the front desk knocked on my door saying that was not allowed..

There is parking onsite which is free and security is making their rounds to make sure cars are safe. The staff was kind and accommodating when my brother was trying to get into the building. The room was clean and ready to go. I will definitely be returning with more family.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service — Feels Like Home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve stayed at Easy Rio by ULIV several times now, and it’s always a great experience. Carlos Santana at reception deserves special mention — he consistently provides excellent customer service, always helpful, professional, and friendly. The apartment itself is better than a hotel. You get a cozy living room, a kitchenette, a nice bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bedroom with lots of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped — coffee maker with coffee provided, two water bottles, a refrigerator, small stovetop with pots and pans, and a microwave. Perfect setup for a longer stay. The location couldn’t be better — it’s in one of the safest neighborhoods in Tijuana. I’ve always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. There are lots of great restaurants and quick food options nearby, an OXXO just a few doors down, and one of the best taco stands only a block away. There’s even a nice coffee house on the corner. The WiFi is reliable, and the building has excellent security, which adds peace of mind. Only small downside — the communal movie nights can occasionally get a bit too loud, but overall, Easy Living Rio is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, safety, and great service in Tijuana!

Great location, friendly, wonderful rooms

I was very impressed by how spacious and clean this tiny apartment was. Parking was included which was a big plus. You’re in walking distance to everything in El Centro. Overall I loved this place and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very nice and i felt very safe. You can only get into the building with a key. The only negative is the bar next door. If you’re a light sleeper you might not be able to get any sleep from the music.

We had a wonderful stay at ULIV RIO. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We especially appreciated how walkable the area was to nearby spots. The only thing to note is that the two-bedroom units don’t have doors between rooms, which can mean less privacy. Otherwise, a great experience overall!

I booked my stay here because it is a pet-friendly hotel. They do charge a fee per pet. First Impression: The lobby was small. The elevator is small. But once you get to your floor, it is surprisingly large. It's a modern feel. There are plenty of activities you can do with your friends and family. They have games, a movie lounge, and a gym. It really looks fun. Outside Look: The hotel itself is a modern building. The hotel offers plenty of free parking. There are great food options, a money exchange, a barbershop, a cafe, a ramen noodle spot, and a bar all right next to the hotel. Rooms: The rooms are clean and spacious, with hardwood floors. This was good because I had two large dogs with me. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the pillows; slept well. The one thing I did not care for was that there was no door separating the bedroom from the living/kitchenette. If there were a door there, it would keep out additional noise. However, I hardly heard any noise in my room, but my dogs could hear every footstep. Staff: They are super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. At one point, I asked to change rooms because they had given me one in front of the elevator, and my dogs would bark at every noise. So they moved my room to a quieter area with no problems. Overall: I would stay here again with or without my dogs. Great service, comfort, and location.
