Room and bathroom was huge and comfortable. Bed was comfortable.

The room is spacious and clean. Services are very good. This was my second stay this year.

I wasn't sure if i got bit by the bed bugs or it was the mosquitoes from outside of the hotel in the city. I got bite every time i was there. Great breakfast buffet though.

Hotel Conceriag was great. Room was spacious and clean. Service team did not do a good job since asled specifically to re-supply towels & no need to do room clean but it was still not get done. Had to ask again after we get back to the room in the evening.

Staff (reception, concierge, housekeeping) were very pleasant, attentive and professional. Breathtaking views from the room and gym. Super impressed with the well-equipped gym. Only qualm is that the toilets for gym needs to be accessed via key/ sensor. Have to keep going to the gym staff for the access key. Otherwise, quite the perfect stay.

Good service, bad location

Staff at front desk wasn’t helpful when being asked where we could dine nearby. The hotel is located in an old area of Taichung, not a lot nearby.

Good location, near train and bus stations. Roof pool and gym with very nice view of the city.

Room is new and spacious. Staff are friendly. Overall a great experience

Excellent

Unfortunately there wasn’t a water dispenser, but only bottled water. It may not be an issue, if you stay only one night, but for a longer stay it is inconvenient and you produce a lot of unnecessary trash. Room cleaning was a little confusing, sometimes very early in the morning and than afternoon.

Nice stay

The inside of the hotel is nice but the area around it is filled with homeless vagrants. The other issue is that the area, including the inside of the hotel smells like rank sewage. You would think they’d do something about the smell at least in the elevators but the smell radiates throughout the entire building.

Good service. Room is comfortable though very warm and bathroom is uncomfortably black. Surrounding area is old abd dated, and very difficult to walk around.

This has to be the Top choice should you be coming to Taichung. Excellent customer service and well furnished rooms. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlight of the stay. The hotel is in the prime location near to the railway station and the famous 宫源眼科 is just within walking distance nearby.

The staff in the concierge were very helpful to my short trip, all of whom were willing and took initiative in providing useful advice on where I should go. They helped with my planning and prioritizing my sightseeing spots within a short period of time. The suggestions of restaurants were amazing. Thanks a lot
