Excelent facilites, the área was very safe. A lot of Circule K and restaurants closed to the hotel. The attention of the person who tracked muy reservación and registration was awsome. Very very plased with the attention.

Overall room was ok, bathroom had very hot water and not easy to adjust to proper temperature, sink was clogged, towels minimum and had to request more. Location was great, it would be perfect once fixing those issues. We had a nice time.

Communication. I asked the security to help me check in because I didn't know which app I have to download and they didn't want to help me. Overall not the best stay.

The pool solar panels are consistently leaking into the hallway. I got a custom to a wet floor by the front door and the door consistently sticking and having problems. Otherwise the apartment was in great shape. A little bit more attention on the kitchen appliances and utensils would be appreciated. I only had one fork.

Never ever coming back. No one could talk to me to check in and I couldn’t even do a check in. I stayed outside in the streets for 2 hours

Una excelente ubicación para hospedarse en Guadalajara. Ideal para trabajar y relajarse en la alberca. El check-in es muy conveniente y las instalaciones nuevas. El personal muy atento.

El hotel y la habitación muy agradables la vdd muy cómodo y en excelente ubicación pero el check in demasiado incómodo ya que tienen que verificar varias cosas y a mi me tardaron cerca de una hora y media para poderlo realizar además de que tienes que dejar un depósito en garantía o pagar un extra de un seguro más por noche

Mala experiencia el cuarto estaba lleno de cucarachas, la aplicacion de hoteles, ni el establecimiento se hicieron responsables, mucho menos comunicacion conmigo para tratar de resolver la situacion

Tiene muchos detalles de mantenimiento.

Lugar bonito solo la alberca le falta mantenimiento y un poco mal olor ( drenaje) dentro de la habitación

Hay Walmart express cerca, la habitación limpia solo que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se inunda se va muy despacio el agua, había solo 3 toallas y se especificó que éramos 4 y no había juego de cama para el sofá solo sábana y solo habían 3 almohadas, el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, el aire acondicionado o enfría bien

En general bien, solo que el día que me fuí a la alberca, llegaron como 10 trabajadores a subir unos muebles y me sentí incomoda, y el olor a cañería sale muy fuerte del baño.

Que bella vista la vdd, el acceso me gusta, es independiente
