The room was spacious, but practically devoid of storage, which is very inconvenient for a stay of several days. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, especially for Europeans. There is no soundproofing whatsoever, neither between rooms nor from outside, which is very bothersome (I had to endure barking and dogs fighting every day between 2 and 3 a.m.!). The pool is minimal, and the rooftop terrace is unfurnished, except for a few sun loungers. It's a real shame; the rooms, the rooftop terrace, the hotel lobby: everything could be much better designed and presented. The hotel staff deserves praise; they are always responsive and attentive to guests. Well done and thank you to them. Adjacent to the hotel is a shopping center with many shops and restaurants, and within a 20-minute walk are several well-regarded restaurants and cafes.

It was unfortunate as I was leaving a waitress walking backwards bumped into me while I was carrying takeaway hot tea & hot coffee in either hands. It spilled and burnt me. They kindly offered cold water to dip my hands but the behavior of the manager towards the waitress who caused the accident was unprofessional, scolding her in front of me to show his position. Accidents happen. The hotel changed my room mid stay to get me a quieter room as first room was so noisy from the street that I couldn’t sleep the first night. Also my checking in experiences I already reported was bad.

I was given a smoking room it made me very uncomfortable

One day they collected bathing towel and floor matt but did not replenish. Another day they totally did not make up the room till later afternoon until I called. During check out after paying the meal cost, the reception staff just carry on doing his own thing and did not inform me that the process was completed until I asked. Hotel staffs need re-training.

It’s a very good property. Well mannered staff and very cooperative. But limited Menu for breakfast. Room Services are OK type.

The hotel boasts huge, impeccably clean rooms, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. There is a mall right outside the property for convenient shopping. However, being in a bustling area, there was a bit of traffic, which might be a concern for some. Overall, recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
