The gal at the front desk in the evening was excellent! Our reservation was messed up and she fixed everything! Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Staff here is really good!

Room could be cleaned better, crumbs on the floor and hair on the counter etc. Smelled a bit like smoke as well.

The first room was so disgusting we could not stay in it, the sheets were not even changed, old food still in the fridge and the bathroom had not even been cleaned

We booked a king bed, no elevator so put downstairs in grungy room, double bed, nervous to sleep in it. Breakfast was ok but could have been but better, waffle machine was out of order so frozen eggs toasted that were hard and dry. Room was ice cold when we got there and turned heat on. Room chairs very uncomfortable. Pillows small and uncomfortable. Looked like rooms used for oilfield workers. Won’t stay there again. Staff friendly
