It's okay, the location is strategic, but it doesn't have a doormat, that's the only drawback, hopefully it will be improved.

The bedroom window leaks when it rains and the AC leaks.

The room is not soundproof, uncomfortable because the sound from the corridor can be heard clearly into the room. There are cocopet insects in the bed and in the sink.

It depends on the mood of the staff when serving you, haha.

The hotel staff (receptionist) were very friendly and warm, the room was not very fresh, there were no toiletries (maybe because of the type of room chosen) but the AC and TV worked well.
