Second time stay and amazing experience

Amazing staff and service

Terrible and meals awful

Given a room with stairs but no lift or help with luggage.

This boutique hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The small gym is surprisingly well equipped with free weights, an elliptical, and even a water rowing machine. I had several meals here, and for such a quiet and intimate place, the food was very good. I stayed twice within a week, and while I did have to ask them to adjust the hot water, everything else was just right. Overall, it’s exactly where I would choose to stay again, and I’d recommend it to others.

It was heaven

The villa is beautiful. My room was big. The swimming pool was always accessible. The receptionist who checked me in was very helpful and very professional at all times.

A warm welcome Lovely quiet oasis in a convenient location, clean, comfortable and excellent service. Great breakfast in calm and relaxing environment.

Bathrooms shower leaks water onto the floor. Switched to 3 different rooms and still had the same problem. Staff was excellent, rooms were very clean and breakfast was average.

The positive thing about this place is that it is a beautiful, fairly new building. The negatives far outweigh the positives. From the moment we arrived, the service was very poor through and through. The onsite restaurant is hit or miss- mostly miss. This place has the potential to be truly outstanding, but I am sad to say that the extreme level of disorganization is going to drive this place out of business. So unfortunate!

Lovely, clean, neat and spacious rooms. Welcoming and Friendly staff, peaceful... the restaurant mhhhhh no ways..eat out is better..
