It was very hard to contact them prior to arrival to facility. The air con was good but the bathroom was not very comfortable. Some parts of the room was was broken.

Basic hotel, very simple breakfast was excellent. People were very good. We stayed it overnight and it did excellent for us.

Great location in downtown Iguazu, close to an excellent choice of a variety of restaurants. Great price, very clean with a comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included with many choices. Would highly recommend Hotel Iguazu.

Well it’s 2 star ok. The night front desk lady was very professional. Although, I have to give you the heads up. Not sure if it’s typical for that part of the world but my room had bugs in the bathroom and there were tens of ants just running around my bed and probably my body when I was sleeping thinking of which freaks me out. I asked to change the room which they did but ants came to this room too. Maybe it’s specific to this jungle area, but be aware. Also the level of cleaniness is not up to European or American standard. I saw a little bit of foundation on the pillow, the light switches had stains on them and just generally the place is not well kept and in many ways run down. Potencially this just could be how people live here and this is a standard. The towels are also looking and smelling like cleaning rugs… and air conditioners are filthy and need some serious cleaning and filters replacements. Well, the place served its purpose for two nights. And people who work here are lovely.

Area scary. My dorm room in college was nicer, cleaner,more secure. No towels were provided until asked, no hot water, A/C unit in only one room. We were anxious when we went to bed. But cheap

Disgusting. Room had bugs, including a cockroach. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Shower “door” was broken. Sink caused flooding. Dingy Lightning. I pulled open the nightstand drawer and it broke. Not well maintained at all. The breakfast was free, but I skipped it since I wouldn’t trust any food from here. Someone’s stray hairs all over the bedroom and in the moldy bathtub. Very unsanitary overall. The front desk is friendly and the central location is good. Overall overpriced, dumpy, and feels like a scam. I’m a budget traveler, this place makes cheap hostels I’ve stayed at look like luxury resorts. Gross.

Equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Limpeza impecável, café da manhã excelente com produtos de ótima qualidade. Melhoria, o banheiro com a cortina de plástico joga água para fora do box, escorrendo até os quartos. Eu voltaria tranquilamente.

A propriedade fica muito próximo ao centrinho de Puerto Iguazu! Na mesma rua do hotel encontramos um barzinho e uma lanchonete que vende empanadas uma delícia! Café da manhã simples e bem característico Argentino! Cama confortável, calefação funcionando perfeitamente.

O local é sujo. Lençóis todos manchados. Falta Higiene. Chuveiro não saia bastante agua. Não foi legal. Porém da para passar a noite de boa. Só que há opções melhor na região

Tudo foi bem confortável. O rapaz que nos recebeu pela meia noite foi muita amavel e explicou tudo! O quarto estava limpo com roupas de cama limpias! Localização excelente. O café da manhã com variedade e o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é ótima e o custo benefício está de acordo com o eaperado! Parabéns e certamente quem paga pouco tem que se contentar conforme com o que paga. Chuveiro funcionando. A estrutura é antiga, mas tudo funcionando e limpo! Parabéns

Razoável,o quarto que nós reservamos estava com problemas elétricos então realocaram nós para outro hotel do mesmo proprietário,o atendimento na recepção foi de poucas informações,mas a atendente que levou até o quarto foi bem prestativa, ajudou com a mala.O quarto era grande ac funcionando mas não era muito limpo,o ponto positivo que é um local silencioso para dormir e bem localizado perto de tudo ,podendo sair de apé pelo centro todo,não foi uma experiência ruim mas não indicaria essa hospedagem
