One of my favorite hotels in Medellin... If you are a light sleeper, it might not be yours.

Very nice stay for 6 days. The kitchen is fully equipped which helps. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Plenty of hot water. Also excellent restaurants close by.

I will be booking Origen again. The staff is amazing! The rooms are spacious and very clean and the hot water temperature is perfect. Our room was air conditioned and the bed is very comfortable. This was the best vacation ever!!! This hotel had two washers and dryers so very convenient. They thought of everything. It’s so convenient to the metro and restaurants 💕💕💕💕💕

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I was left in the middle of the street, called them seven times to get a better location of where they are at, and they did NOTHING. They didn't answer the phone no nothing. The only thing they said was "We can give you a discount next time!" How in the world is that supposed to help me when i'm literally with my luggage in the middle of the street in a city I barely know. What foolery!

Great spot for the price

I’m well traveled and have never written a hotel review. But the staff and experience were so great I feel inclined to do so. I’m from the USA and found all front desk staff members English to be exceptional and it was extremely helpful as most Columbian speak little to no English. The room was better than pictured and the furnished balcony was more than worth the small upgrade charge. Daily room cleaning is offered if you would like, or you can just request towels and a quick bed sheet change if you’d like. The building is in a perfect location, a block away from the fun La 70, but far enough away that you avoid the nightlife noise if you decide to have an early night in. There is a nice market half a block away and a lodge grocery store three blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink on La 70. But there are also plenty of great spots to eat within a block in any direction away from la 70, which I recommend you try. 10 out of 10 stay, I’ll be back.

Location is great.. bed was comfortable and the room clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful..

Best Hotel Near 70th Street ! Everything you need is close by. Five Stars Costumer services! You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Highly recomend it.

Staff are the best. Secure area. Walkable to restaurants, drugstore infrint of hotel. And supermarket just 3 min walk. Highly recommend it. This is my third stay and will stay again .

Great location

Way too noisy

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and included a lovely balcony. Our room attendant did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our visit. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to provide softer pillows to suit my personal preference. That said, I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning with my family.
