Unable to contact them. No response to any messages. The email they sent didn't have a password, so we couldn't check in. If it weren't for other guests staying at our other house, we would have had to stay in our car. They said they also waited an hour yesterday. When we called customer service, she only spoke Japanese and disconnected as soon as she heard English. If you think this is acceptable, you can check in.

The property was amazing and was easy to find. There were 3 parking stalls with additional parking nearby if it gets full. When we were there, we were the only car there. My family and I enjoyed it very much. We really enjoyed the private hot spring and made use of the kitchen which had everything we needed. We did bring our own groceries because there weren’t any grocery stores that I could search that was nearby. I wish we had stayed longer. We will definitely come again and will recommend others as well!

I had a wonderful New Year holiday at this hotel. I found that the environment is very relaxing. All the facilities are newly equipped. The hot spring is fabulous. The things I like most is the cleanliness and the spacious environment. With this hotel, I could enjoy a wonderful holiday.

This is really a nice place to visit. The hotel where I stayed with 24 hours hot spring which made me very relaxed. The hot spring with sulphur smell which I like very much. There is very clean and spacious, very suitable for a group of people or family. I would highly recommend it.

A nice & new renovated room with great amenities. Onsen baths are awesome. Excellent location, walkable to Lake Ashinoko.
