Property was smaller than I was expecting. Host was very sweet and accommodating to our travel time. Room was a bit warm as there’s no air conditioning in the unit so it got pretty stuffy. Very clean property.

Nice quiet and comfortable small apartment

Property itself was fine but the communication with the host was terrible, attempted to contact them over the course of three -two days prior to stay and only received information on entering the property 30 minutes after arrival and having contacted Expedia support, who called the host and received a voicemail initially.

Property and location was excellent; very well connected with historical city center and airport

What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more.

The only suggestion I would make would be to provide instructions in English about how to use the television. I tried unsuccessful to find a channel to watch the football.

Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Kitchenette with all necessary appliances. The only downside was that balcony is not covered and cannot use it when it rains (to smoke). Metro and tram stations very close, Westbahnhof not far away. Spar, Lidl and other shops nearby. Some nice restaurants around in the area.

Petit problème de communication pour l’arrivée, dû à un mail non transmis par Hôtels.com, mais l’hôte a été ultra réactive et a vite compris le problème. L’appartement est globalement bien: joliment décoré, propre, suffisamment grand, plutôt confortable, une terrasse. Pour les - : Il ne faut pas mesurer 2 mètres pour être confortablement installé aux toilettes🤓; il y a peu de possibilités de cuisiner (une seule casserole un peu bancale)…et pas de micro-ondes… l’appartement est dans une cours fermée, un peu sombre donc et toutes les fenêtres ont vue directe sur les autres… la chambre n’est pas dans le noir complet puisque les rideaux de la cuisine ne sont pas opaques et qu’aucune porte ne sépare les deux pièces. L’appartement est à 20mn du centre en transport en commun, et le métro est tout près de l’appartement. Vraiment nickel. Des boulangeries et supermarchés à 2 pas de l’appartement. Je conseille cet appartement. Nous avions pris l’option parking, très bien ce parking et à deux pas de l’appartement

Es wurde sich mit der Einrichtung Mühe gegeben. Die Wohnung im EG ist allerdings sehr dunkel, das sieht man auf den Fotos nicht. Die Fenster gehen auf einen Hinterhof. Hier ist auch die Küche eines Imbiss abgeschlossen, sodass es mit Frischluft nicht so viel ist. Uns ist immer beim Reinkommen ein leicht modriger Geruch aufgefallen, was am Altbau liegen kann. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Schlafcouch hingegen auf einer Seite sehr durchgelegen. Wir waren zu viert, es gab aber nur zwei Bettdecken und das Laken hat nicht auf die Couch gepasst. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für uns in Ordnung. Das Viertel jedenfalls kommt und es gab einige tolle Restaurants. Gute Base und Anbindung. Eine Anregung: Ein Paravent zwischen Schlafcouch und Bett wäre eine super Ergänzung!

Hübsch eingerichtete Unterkunft. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Gute Idee mit der Terrasse oder Balkon. Durch den Innenhof ist es leider etwas laut, der Schall kann nicht weg. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, U-Bahn sehr schnell erreichbar.

Check in/ Check out und Kommunikation unkompliziert und wirklich sehr nett. Insgesamt alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Bilder auf der Homepage ließen aber deutlich mehr erwarten. Betten eher unbequem und es war recht warm und stickig. Störend war auch, dass der Abfluss im Waschbecken nicht wirklich funktionierte. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft war auch eher nicht so toll (schmutzig und man fühlte sich unwohl), aber dafür nur 15 Gehminuten bis zur Innenstadt / Mariahilfer-Straße.

Ottimo per la vicinanza alla metro,che ti porta in centro in pochi minuti.I Tappeti nella casa sono inutili e polverosi,Divano letto scomodo per dormirci.Piatto doccia scivoloso.La biancheria da letto è molto consumata e non perfettamente pulita.

La cama era extremadamente blanda, tuvimos que usar el sofá cama...Lo demás perfecto.

交通の便が非常に良かったです。シュテファン大聖堂前の駅から一本でアパートに行けました。 エアコンがなかったので、今年の夏は日中35度もあり、 ちょっと大変でした。 メールで連絡すると、すぐに返事が来て安心できました。
