Staff were great. Room was fine. Leaking water in bathroom. Resturant not functioning. Promised airport shuttle not available.until i told clerk it was what the hotel offers so he paid for a taxi for me.

Loved our stay. Everyone was very helpful and polite

Great room! Highly recommended.But service can be improved (hotel promised to pick up, but nobody came. Called them and they simply gave me driver number. Called driver, nobody picked up). Waited for almost 15min at parking lot and I gave up. Lucky I had local number to try to reach them. If you are foreigner, then ensure you have a way to contact them. Nobody will be waiting with name sign as typical hotel pick up does.

Overall my stay was okay. Since the hotel is located by the ring road it’s very noisy. The customer service is good. Breakfast options are limited, you have to pay for a bottle of water because they don’t provide drinking water with breakfast.

I stayed at SHOWAIRD hotel, for 3 nights, The rooms are really nice with all the amenities, this hotel is very close to the airport and they also have the shuttle service on call. Their breakfast is good and the service is amazing. Talking about service, the staff is so friendly, loving and amazing. Specially Mukarak and Gemachis. They help with taxi, pick up from airport and also with the food. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
