Staff was extremely helpful

I liked the location and the drink station. The rooms were modern and beds were softer than most in Japan. Rain shower and oxygen bath were a nice touch.

Nice hotel price is excellent very clean. Very nice staff.

We had the family room with sauna and it was terrific for the three of us. Breakfast was great as well. Wonderful location in Gion from which to explore much of Kyoto’s wonders on foot.

Great room for a family, great location!

I didn't use the kitchen however it looked like it had everything needed to use it. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and very hi tech. There were a few convenient stores close by and also walking distance to aYasaka Pagoda and Kenninji Temple.

Safe and quiet location - BEAUTIFUL room, simply elegant. The oxygen bubbles in the room bath was a lovely touch. Coffee machine in the lobby is so nice - amenities are wonderful too.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of Gion. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast. Chaotic and not enough food, restaurant staff doesn’t speak English so ordering simple eggs can turn into an odyssey.But the coffee is fantastic. Other than bfast I definitely recommend this place.

This hotel was really nice. The room we got was pretty big considering Japan sized hotel rooms are usually small. It also had a tub and a sauna in the room. The location was pretty walkable to most sites. Staff were average compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip, not as welcoming or jolly. There is also free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Highly recommended staying here.

The staff were loving and respectful to my family and others. They were accommodating. The front desk amenities were beyond expectation.

Wow. Just…wow! Beautiful building and interior, very clean rooms. Insanely great shower/tub/sauna bathroom. Spend the extra pittance for the sauna upgrade and thank me later. We arrived early, before the room was expected to be ready, but the front desk tagged and stored our luggage and delivered to the room once it was ready. Very convenient walking distance to Gion area temples and shrines. Easy access to other parts via the bus stop 100 ft away. 帰る方所ですね！

Very helpful staff. Great location with walking distance to most Gion attractions (Pontocho Alley, Hanamikoji street, Kiyomizu Dera temple). Nice modern and comfortable rooms. We had the sauna room which worked great. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and cleaned. Staff are well trained. They are always available to answer questions. Love the location of this hotel, it's walking distance to so many sights.

Met and exceeded expectations from the room to the staff to the location. I spent hours researching hotels in Kyoto trying to settle in on one and I'm so glad this was the location.

Location is perfect! Rooms were very clean, modern and roomy for Japan! Excellent amenities and front desk staff were amazing! Gave a recommendation for a fantastic ten don spot for lunch that was delicious. Thank you :)
