Everything was great about the hotel I have no complaints

Room door lock was defective. Shower drain clogged in 215. I hit my head against a low cabinet in 215. No shampoo or conditioner.

Great Staffing, property to noisy due to traffic

We stayed in this hotel for an event. It has a a variety of restaurants nearby. The parking is in front of the hotel. The room was ok but the bed was a little small for a couple. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The price was just right.

Good time

The place of the hotel is very good. You can find shopping stores, restaurants, transportation around. For the price is a good hotel. Some small details about the condition of the room were noticed, like the toilet sometimes flushed very slow and the bathroom door had a noice sound.

Very bad breakfast, terrible beds, mattres, pillows. Broken toilets.

Safe and clean

All the staff did a very good job, from the doorman to the person who cleans the rooms... for 3 stars this is super!!... the mattresses are very hard for me!!!

Lugar agradable, personal amable, los de la recepción son muy atentos, el personal en general, el único inconveniente es que no mantienen teléfono en las habitaciones, lo que no hace efectiva la comunicación si hay visitas para ti.
