I have no complaint, the most convenient stay in Geneva

The check-in process was slow, only one front desk staff and waited 4 people to check in. No explanation was given about the room amenities. I wanted to call staff, but there was no phone in the room. I woke up at night to the noise of traffic on the highway, then the sound of people walking. I slept poorly. The bathroom had no bathtub.
