Very wonderful and staff extremely professional and helpful

The room is well maintained and clean. The front desk staff who greeted me is also very nice and helpful.

Airport is convenient. Road noise was pretty bad.

There was no airport shuttle information sent to us. The hotel wasn't contactable on WhatsApp. We had to cross a very busy road to get to the hotel because there was no hotel shuttle waiting in the airport. When i asked at the reception why i wasn't sent shuttle information, they blamed hotels.com saying that they were supposed to provide it and not the hotel itself which makes no sense. Breakfast was very few items.

Very clean hotel with wondeful staff

I was double charged and it was a bit of an epic to get a refund. Nice staff, rooms and pool. The restaurant upstairs is epic. Great food.

Wonderful hotel!

Check in was easy. There were English speaking people. Easy 6 minutes walk from airport and rental car company. Nice clean place. Decent breakfast. Next to a mall and supermarket

Beautiful hotel

We had a wonderful stay. We walked there from the airport so it was super convenient. My son swam in the pool while my husband and I lounged near by. The breakfast spread was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. There were so many choices!! We loved staying at this hotel!

The pool and pool bar were lovely. My room was way down the end of a very long passage. But it was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was included and very good too. And just a 5 minute walk from the airport.

I loved my stay at the Amazon Hotel.

Walking distance from the airport but hotel also provides shuttle. Beautifully decorated lobby. All places in the hotel were spotless. Staff was professional and friendly.
