Check in took a little time. Extra bed in one of the other rooms that we booked in a group also took time. Had to call several times. Other than this room, food, other services were all excellent.

Highly recommend property which is pocket friendly and offers breakfast dinner on room at affordable price. Food was delicious and staff is very cooperative.

Only Cleanness outside of the property or hotel. Roads are dirty and unable to walk.

It was nightmare. The check in was one of the worst. Also someone decided to repair the lock of room next to mine in the middle of the night with drilling and hammering. I was not warned or offered another room unless I had to come out and make it clear that I mean business and will not accept the torture in silence. The new room was finally given at 1 AM. Sleep ruined tii rally.

The house keeping did not replenish tea bags and sugar free. At the time of checkout, a simple F&B bill was to be paid. After payment the print took some extra time, which is a very unusual thing to happen.

If you are in Lucknow, stay here. The staff is so friendly, the room is really clean, excellent restaurant, gym, and pool. and overall a great experience.
