Overall, the place is comfortable, with clean air conditioning. The entire hotel area is also clean, but it's a bit quiet because it's quite far from everywhere, requiring a taxi.

This is my 2nd stay here and had a pleasant stay, despite booking it on a very short period before my trip. Enjoyed the amenities and spacious room. Staff also accommodate my requests even when on late night arrival. Price is very reasonable too and cheaper compared to similar hotels at the city center and seems worth it. Accessible with a few minutes walk to nearby Kamphaeng Phet MRT station and Chatuchak Market, Will consider this again on my next visit to Bangkok.

The staffs are not very service-minded, do not smile, and speak to customers curtly (especially during breakfast). The room and hotel area are spacious and the atmosphere is good.

The receptionist was super nice, warm, and helpful. In fact, the male lobby guard downstairs was not friendly and did not smile at foreigners.

The hotel location is close to Chatuchak Market, just walking distance, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the food is delicious.

This hotel is located next to Chatuchak weekend market and MRT station, although quite far away from areas like Pratunam, Chao Praya, etc (taxi might cost usd 7-10). This hotel would be suitable for tourists who want to stay in a less crowded area. Overall i was satisfied, quite nice hotel, very well maintained, and acceptable level of service.

Breakfast ok. Not too much variation. What amazed me was the manager's kindness. I was late 10.05 am while the last breakfast on 10.00 am, yet she allowed me to take whatever available. Clean room. The only minus was no room service. Or they can not deliver ur grab food/ package to ur room Other than that was good

Good room, comfortable bed, good location, good food, but we had a problem with the door card being inserted and the electricity not working. We informed the front desk to call a technician twice, sat waiting in the dark alone in the room for the technician to come, drilled the wall, fixed it, there was dust all over the floor and just left it like that. Plus when the fix was done, he didn't say anything and slammed the door. If he had just told us that it was fixed, that would have been good. Almost everything was fine, that's all the problem.

The meals are not suitable for Moslem. But overall, everything was very good.

Location just 1 minute from gate 1 MRT and like 5 minutes from highway road, good place if you can get a good price
