Very nice family owned hotel, Giovani and his family were extremely nice

We had an amazing time staying at Il Barilotto. The hosts were incredible and so helpful at getting us around Positano. I highly recommend staying here

We had friends staying across the street, so it couldn't have been any more convenient for us. But the owners absolutely make this place. I'm not sure they ever sleep, but we appreciated it. They chatted with us over coffee in the morning and the extra couple of lemoncellos before bed. Had figs from the garden for breakfast. Lovely view of the water. As I would say with most of our hotels in Italy, if you're looking for Houston or Miami hotel level of AC, you'll be disappointed. LOL. But worked well enough to get a nice sleep.

It was like staying with family and being spoiled with hospitality! Loved the family that’s running it! 1st class service all the way! We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely amazing stay, the family made us feel so warm and welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. The view from the room was stunning and we’d 100% stay again if ever we returned to Positano! Brilliant location and breakfast was also wonderful. Thank you!
