We love the room, the balcony, pool. Really peaceful. Bit far from the city, and quiet. Too bad they don't have a restaurant or provide room service and breakfast. There's a restaurant around the area but, you need transportation to get there. Just in case, bring your own food. They provide cooking utensils.

I asked for a top floor but wasn't given one, and the room was small, even though I booked the same room type yesterday and got a large one. Otherwise, it was fine.

Check-in time was very long and a waste of time (2 hours waiting) because the staff and security guard didn't coordinate on the key issue. There's only one room key and you have to switch between floors. The swimming pool is nice and clean, the rooms are clean and the environment is good.

Communication was poor during check-in, the security guard couldn't provide a solution, waiting for check-in for almost 2 hours without any clear explanation of the problem, the wifi was not working on the 9th floor, the kitchen sink drain was overflowing, there was only one room key, making it difficult to get up and down the room. The view was nice, the room was clean, the AC was all new and cold, the swimming pool was comfortable.

I stayed for 1 night, it was a really nice stay at Nuvasa. The staff were very friendly, I really liked it, thank you Nuvasa management, the staff were very kind and friendly. But the room was dirty, the water tap was broken and couldn't be turned off so it kept flowing a little bit. The sheets were dirty, the room floor looked like it had been swept for fun but was still dirty, the balcony was also dirty, the bathroom toilet was also dirty. That's the only thing that was lacking, but it was okay because the staff were very friendly. Thank you Nuvasa, I will come back again and recommend it to people.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the security is also friendly, the facilities are okay, the rooms are clean.

Please prepare better, check-in time is 3 pm, everything should be ready before 3 pm.

It could actually be said to be fine, but check-in was a bit emotionally draining, with the room only being ready at 5 PM. Whether it was an overload or something, they should have known how to handle everything...

The AC didn't work at all on the second night. I hope management will pay more attention to the AC. Overall, everything was very good.
