The place is really nice, with beautiful views. The facilities are complete and adequate. It's just a shame that something funny happened yesterday. I don't know if it was me or what. I went there because of a very good recommendation online. They offer various facilities. Well, the point is, first, I booked the same room as the one on the internet, but the actual room wasn't the same. I ended up asking for a room change, but luckily the staff was very friendly. And the second room was perfect, just as I wanted. Oh, and what's even funnier is that the electricity went out halfway. Some lights worked, but the AC didn't, and some lamps didn't work. It turned out to be because one of the power switches had been turned off. Then I thought everything was fine, but there was still something else. When it was morning and I wanted to cook, the electric stove wouldn't turn on. I thought it was the switch again, but it wasn't. It was because the stove wouldn't turn on when the AC was on.

We booked 2 rooms. Check in was supposed to be at 14.00 WIB, but we checked in at 17.00 WIB. With the excuse of a lack of cleaning staff, my mother and father ended up sleeping in the lobby because they had to wait too long to check in. The security guard at the swimming pool was also not friendly (we checked in on March 31, 2025). Thx.
