The host was lovely and very welcoming. There was a minor miscommunication upon arrival; she wasn't aware of our booking, so the room wasn't initially prepped with water or toilet paper, but she resolved everything right away with a warm attitude. The aesthetic of the house is just okay, but better than other properties in the surrounding area. Unless you want to pay 2–3 times more for a single room at a luxury resort like Plataran, this 4-bedroom house offers incredible value. The location is ideal if you want to go hiking without taking a jeep, and the rooftop view is amazing! Would definitely recommend staying here.

DON‘T GO THERE. the place is full of mold, very high humidity (even the bed), the room is very cold and dirty. The pictures on traveloka must be very old, as you can see how it really looks like on our uploads. It was no one there as we arrived and we had to wait 20 minutes until someone responded on Whatsapp. The owner never showed up. After our complaints, she wanted to put us into a neighbours room which seemed nice first but we went there and would have had to pay the same price for not half of the (expected) comfort. As we wanted to leave this place for good, a person showed up and asked, if she could clean the room for us. We felt very sad for her because it was clear, that she can‘t do anything about these horrible conditions and that the owner just sent her to reassure herself. The owner also told traveloka, that we had stayed there for ‚several hours‘ which is complete nonsense! We left the place as soon as possible. After conversations with the owner and traveloka, we should get 75% as a refund - even though we think, that a full refund would be more than appropriate.

Booked +-3 months ahead, upon arrival at the place, there was nothing close to discription of a "home stay" facility, the building appears empty, abandoned, no reception, and looks like the building has not been running for a long time, it was totally deserted!! On one corner posted 2 phone numbers but are not working numbers!!! Call to the number listed on Traveloka connects to an arrogant lady which spoke unpleasant to customer,,,and we never was accommodated, Left with an option to find and book another hotel onsite, at that time, Never book or even try to get hold of this property again,,,

Super thin walls to the neighboring room. Noisy road outside. Clean but overall a poor experience. Forces you to stay outside and not want to go back to your room. Poor value for money

I booked for 3 rooms with a nice mountain view on the balcony. Love the place close to Seruni Point.

The location is strategic, easy to find, the view is good & there is a rooftop, but after arriving at the location I was confused about where to go because there were no guards, I had to call the owner luckily there was a banner in front, I was told to wait because the guard was fetching water even though it was already 16.00, after Waited for approximately 30 minutes, the guard came, confused about which room, it turned out that the room we booked was given to another guest by the guard, we were offered to move to a lower room without a view. The owner & guards lack communication, are not professional, even though they are far from Bogor, they hope they can immediately rest with a nice view of the room. Very disappointing, not recommended. Finally moved to another villa with 1 owner which is cheaper and not as good.

I arrived at the inn at dusk, there were no guards on standby, and I had to wait for the officer to come to give me the key. The room is also not ready, so it must be cleaned first. Its ok, no complaints about that. The location of the accommodation is very strategic, close to the Bromo entrance, the rooms are also quite spacious, with an attractive room design. TV channels are decent, kids can watch Nick Jr. But the problem was that the hot water didn't turn on at all, even though we were already cold and hoped to be able to take a clean shower after the long journey. Ask the ladies who clean, they are told to contact the owner directly. 30 minutes later an officer came to install a gas cylinder for heating. Hot water is ready. I think it's safe. It turned out that the next day, after we toured by jeep, our bodies were dirty with sand, when we arrived at the accommodation we wanted to take a shower, but the hot water couldn't be used at all. It's very disappointing. Bromo's cold air is no joke. We had to take cold showers. The children showered and cried. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Hopefully the inn owner will improve the service, especially the hot water. Because the view from this inn is extraordinary.

The view from the balcony is really nice, my child loves to see horses passing by every morning. Because this inn is at the top, it is very cold from afternoon to morning. Easy access and also close to Seruni Point. Next time will come back here again

Setelah booking, saya konfirmasi pihak akomodasi. Dan 3hari kemudian baru ada konfirmasi dari pihak akomodasi dan di nyatakan full book, dengan alasan internet trouble, dan terlambat update. Meskipun di ganti dengan akomodasi yang lebih bagus tetap saja bukan itu maksud tamu saya menginap di semesta, dan akhirnya semua pekerjaan yang akan saya dapatkan di kemudian hari BATAL semuanya, padahal saya membantu memasarkan semesta villa 😭.
