Run down rooms, stained furniture, blood stain on the grout in the bathroom, paint on the exterior is bad, sketchy people staying there, and the breakfast was so bad. You get what you pay for. The beds and linens themselves were very very clean and comfortable though and the people that worked there were very nice and helpful.

The beds were terrible everything else was fine.

Room was crusty. Mold on the walls and something that looked like barf on the chair. Heater was so loud we couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast so gross and so limited.

The housekeeping staff did not always clean the room thoroughly.

Stayed at this location for one evening. The deluxe room was spacious and clean. Check in was smooth and quick and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was cleaned mostly but the shower was missed I had to ask her if she wood clean it.

Staff is GREAT! Rooms are mediocre. Walls need cleaned in our room, especially in the bathroom and by the sink in the main room. Should try to change the breakfast up a little as if we stay multiple days in a row, which we do several times a year, the same old thing every day and every time we come gets a little old for sure.

The price was right, the hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We had a nice clean room, we needed a place to sleep for the night woke up had breakfast and left, exactly what we wanted, thank you

Beds were dirty, deadbolt lock broken, shower did not drain, generally property run down.

Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. I think that the idea of removing the desk clerk, turning into a kiosk technology is impersonal and lacks the human spirit. Not what customer service looks like.

Staff was good. Rooms okay

The laundry was very worn and there was garbage in boxes and bags under the stairwell. Bed was comfortable. The entry to the rooms was outside.

Faucet was difficult to turn on. The light over the sink went on and off like there was a short or something wrong with it. Screws were sticking up on the threshold between the room and the bathroom. The mattresses were very hard and felt like springs were poking up.
