Hotel staff do not assist guests well. For example, the TV cannot be turned on.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is good, but for cooking, the electricity is off and you can't use much electricity.

The room is gorgeous, with a sunrise view, a bar, and a modern design. Highly recommended.

The AC at 06-15 is terrible. The room is hot, even though the AC is on all day, it doesn't get cold. There are cockroaches everywhere.

Location In tower 1. Facilities = When there is a problem with the room facilities (TV does not turn on), must go down to the ground floor (reception desk) to provide feedback/complaints. When feedback has been given, it is not immediately handled. Motorcycle parking is too far at the end, when you find a room in tower 1. Maybe there needs to be an additional special slipper provided in the room.

Car parking is expensive for those bringing private cars to stay at Polluk Habibi AQ.
