Honestly, this is my first time planning to stay at the Kirribilli Guest House which happened to appear on the Traveloka homepage, but the photos displayed do not match the actual situation. I hope Traveloka can re-assess the suitability of the accommodation that collaborates with Traveloka. So that in the future the hotel management can improve and customers will not experience disappointment when they want to stay to rest on their travel agenda.

It's really cramped and still under renovation. They should have known there would be a 5 Rajab moment before they did it or the carpenters should have taken a break. Because the room doesn't look like the photo, it's really cramped. There were no tissues in the room. The receptionist was also still confused.

Let the stars do the talking, be careful who wants to stay here. Be careful... Guaranteed to regret it for the rest of your life.

The location is actually quite strategic. However, there are a few things I regret. First, the room we were given was leaking, making it damp. Second, the room was prepared upon our arrival, so the perfume smell was still very strong. Third, when the room was wet and the table was also wet, I asked for a cloth to dry it, but the staff member on duty told me to use a doormat. I hope the service can improve in the future.

Hotel staff are rude, rooms are very inadequate

The accommodation was in very poor condition. The room and atmosphere were like a chicken coop. There was no television. Worse still, the spring bed was wet, and the pillows were soaked. I ended up wasting money because I couldn't get a refund. I didn't stay and looked for another place to stay.

The accommodation is under repair, the music on your phone is so loud you can't rest, but you're still active on the app. The room is cramped, uncomfortable, and not very clean, with no trash can, soap, etc. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom, the place is horrible, not comfortable at all, very different from what is in the photos.

The building was being renovated, making it stuffy, dirty, and mosquito-infested, and the receptionist was unfriendly and overly indifferent. We checked out after only 15 minutes and found a better place to stay in all respects.

It was like sleeping in a warehouse. In the room there were two mattresses stacked just like that. There were no toiletries at all, not even towels.

If you want to experience staying with the sensation of Kost Kawan, this hotel is one of the choices, first you will be greeted by a front office that is frugal and will talk in providing information. Room facilities are equipped with ceiling decorations with army motifs, and are facilitated with hangers that feel like scout camps, not to mention the bathroom with an unfinished industrial concept, before taking a shower you must report to turn on the water machine. The ambiance of the hotel is workers and the hustle and bustle of transportation. Finally, for our parking, it feels like being in the Mahsyar field (straight through the sky).
