Bad experience upon check-in. We booked 2 rooms under my name. My friend checked in on behalf of myself (my passport was given to the FO). Without asking nor confirming anything, the FO staff gave my friend another reservation (Vietnamese Lady’s reservation) where the name is actually totally different than her passport. It was very dangerous and an unacceptable mistake. No compensation given or whatsoever, only apologize wording which meant nothing.
