The reception staff were polite and helpful, even though we checked in late. The hotel was clean. Guests can check in themselves. For those waiting in line for long-distance buses, remember to queue because if it's too cold and you wait inside until the bus arrives, there might not be any seats available. The bus from Taoyuan Airport to Hsinchu departs every two hours, often late at night.

The hotel is very strategic, there are lots of food in the hotel area, the staff are very helpful and can speak English, the room is spacious and there is a bidet for the toilet, in short, it was a fun first experience at the Hsinchu Hotel Guide.

The staff speaks English and allows check-in before 4pm. The hotel is clean and near the mall and market, convenient.
